TBNG Consulting has a database of customers, some active and some inactive. They wanted to create a campaign that would help the inactive, or potential customers set up a meeting to talk with someone, which would hopefully result in a contract or sale. This campaign was done for their Rhode Island customers, because they needed to re-engage with many of them.

Take Charge Campaign 
We worked with TBNG to put together an email as the initial step of the campaign. The second step was a phone charging cable with a little postcard with information. The third step was a card with information about technological security and a business card to contact their Rhode Island representative.

These campaign steps were sent about a week apart. The email was sent one week, then the charger, then the postcard in the third week. This campaign length was short but kept the security idea fresh in the minds of the customers who then wanted to set up meetings.

Meetings
This campaign proved itself successful when they received meeting requests from the potential clients that were on the campaign list.
